Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy applies to the public marketing website at puvilabs.com and contact or demo request forms hosted on that site. It does not govern the PUVINoise product application at app.puvilabs.com, which is covered by separate customer agreements, product privacy terms, and (where applicable) a Data Processing Addendum.

Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you submit a contact or demo request, including work email, role, and message content.

We collect standard technical data generated when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, device characteristics, and pages viewed. This data is used for security, performance, and aggregate analytics.

How we use information

We use collected information to respond to inquiries, route enterprise conversations, improve the website, maintain security, and measure marketing effectiveness.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not use marketing-website inquiry content to train general-purpose foundation models.

Sharing and subprocessors

We share information with service providers that help us operate the website, hosting infrastructure, and analytics—only as needed to provide those services and subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.

We use carefully selected subprocessors to host and operate PUVINoise and the marketing website. The public list below is indicative; the current schedule is provided with the DPA / assurance pack and may change with notice under the customer agreement. For the PUVINoise product, the current subprocessor schedule is provided with the DPA / assurance pack.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

PUVINoise product data (summary)

Default PUVINoise production infrastructure is hosted in India on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Customer-specific residency or regional constraints are documented in the customer agreement. The marketing website does not host PUVINoise tenant data.

We do not use customer tenant data — including operational telemetry, behaviour signals, prompts, or content — to train general-purpose foundation models, or to improve models for other customers. Processing required to operate, secure, and support the contracted PUVINoise service is governed by the customer agreement and DPA.

A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available for enterprise customers as part of the MSA / contracting process. The marketing-site Privacy Policy does not replace a product DPA. Request via Contact — note “DPA” or “assurance pack”, and include your tenancy model and timeline.

Retention

Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to respond, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. Log data is retained according to operational and security requirements.
